NEW, DOMAIN | Use this command to create a new domain. However, before you create a domain, it is essential that you read the basic information on Domains, as you may not need any domains at all to set up your individual user administration. The creation of domains is only available if this feature has previously been activated by the administrator. Please read the section EXTRAS menu.
NEW, OBJECT ZONE | Use this command to create a new object zone. Please read the section Object zones. | <STRG>+<ALT>+<O> |
NEW, TEMPLATE-ZONE | Use this command to create a new template zone. Please read the section Template zones. | <STRG>+<ALT>+<L> |
NEW, USER | Use this command to create a new user. Please read the section Users. | <STRG>+<ALT>+<B> |
NEW, SYSTEM-ROLL | Use this command to create a new system role. Please read the section System rights and system roles. | <STRG>+<ALT>+<S> |
NEW, ROLL | Use this command to create a new role (object role). Please read the section Rights and roles. | <STRG>+<ALT>+<R> |
SAVE | If you have made changes to active objects (users...), save them using this button. Alternatively, use the "Save" button in the toolbar to save your changes. The command and button only become active after changes have been made. |
|
DELETE | Select this command to delete selected objects. Certain objects may not be deleted. For example, some of the zones included in the delivery status may not be deleted. To delete a zone, you must first remove all data from the zone. You must not delete a zone that still contains data. Beispiel If there are still owners in an object zone, they must first be removed before the zone can be deleted.
MOVE | Use this command to move the selected zone or user to another domain. You can also move domains. This means that you assign a different parent domain to a domain or you can reset the parent domain. In this context, reset means that the father Domain is emptied and the domain then no longer has a parent domain. Rollers cannot be moved.
CANCEL | This command and this button are usually not visible and only appear if you have created a new object (user...) but have not yet saved it. Select this command if you want to cancel the process.
EXIT | Select this command to end the user management session. |
You can find more information on configuring new objects in the section Create new objects.
