Rollers included in the delivery state
The roles described below are included in the Infront Portfolio Manager as delivered and can be used in your own configurations as required. However, it is of course advisable to define new customized roles for your own configurations.
Role | Description |

Reading roll | You use this role to assign read rights to a zone. The role does not contain any rights. The right to read is implicitly included in this role. By assigning this role to a user in a specific zone, this user receives read permission. If necessary, read the chapter Rights and roles, which also explains read rights. |
Technical object role | This object role is used exclusively for server configuration. |
Technical system role | This system role is used exclusively for server configuration. A user who has only configured these (system) roles (and no other roles) is considered a technical user. These purely technical users do not require any licenses. |
Full access object role | This role contains all available object rights. A user with this role can perform all object-specific actions in the assigned zone. |
Full access system role | This role contains all available system rights, with the exception of administration rights and data migration rights. This gives the user access to the full range of functions of the Infront Portfolio Manager environment. Please note that the rights to the modules and plug-ins (batch export...) to be activated for a fee can only be used sensibly if they are activated. |
Administrator | This system role contains all system rights that exist in the Administration area. This system role is assigned to the administrator who is created when the user administration is started for the first time. If necessary, read the section Create administrator for user administration. |
