Found PDF documents can be opened directly in a shared workspace using the command OPEN SELECTION FROM STORAGE in the context menu (accessible by clicking the right mouse button). This is useful for viewing a series of reports, for example, as reports from the repository can be displayed in a shared open workspace. In this case, a separate workspace is not opened for each document.
You can use the COPY SELECTION TO NEW STORAGE command to copy the selected documents to a new storage location without directly opening their workspace.
Documents in the filing cabinet can also be marked by single or multiple selection. Right-click to open a context menu in which you will find the following commands in addition to the standard commands specifically for documents:

DOCUMENT, EXPORT | Select this command to export the currently selected documents. The "Search folder" dialog box opens, in which you can select a storage location for the documents to be exported. Confirm the selection with "OK". |
