Search for documents in a job run

Portfolio Service Document Archive" module

In addition to the methods described above for searching for documents in the document archive, the documents saved for a job run can also be displayed. Proceed as follows:

1. On the "Reporting" tab, select the SHOW JOB HISTORY command in the "Jobs" icon menu.
2. Right-click on the job and select the command SEARCH RELATED DOCUMENTS in the context menu.
   The documents found for this job are displayed in the "Document archive".

In addition, the SEARCH RELATED DOCUMENTS command is also available in the context menu of jobs at Job log .
