File documents via loss threshold reporting

Portfolio Service Scheduled Reporting" module

The document archive can be selected as a further option in addition to the output in files. Metadata is automatically recorded as far as possible and archived together with the documents.

If you want to enter the documents from the loss threshold reporting in the document archive, proceed as follows:

  1. On the "Reporting" tab, select the command EXECUTE LOSS THRESHOLD REPORTING in the menu of the "Loss threshold reporting" icon and make your settings as described in the section Loss threshold reporting .
  2. Activate the "Store in document archive" checkbox to archive the generated files there. This setting can also be selected together with the output in files.
  3. Start the loss threshold reporting with the "Execute" button.
    The reports generated via the loss threshold reporting are now (also) saved in the document archive.
