Search for archived documents

Portfolio Service Document Archive" module

You can open the document archive via the "Search document archive" icon on the "Data maintenance" tab. In this case, no securities account object is initially selected and you can use the search area to select the desired holder (or group, portfolio, interested party, securities account or account) and search for their documents.

In the workspaces of depot objects, you will also find the "Document archive" worksheet, where you can manage the documents archived for this depot object. The worksheet is of the "Tool" view type. If necessary, read the section Configure workspaces.
