Select multiple documents

Portfolio Service Document Archive" module

To select an individual document in the search result of the "Document archive", simply click on the corresponding entry in the list. To select several consecutive documents in the list of search results:

1. Select the first document to be selected.
2. Press the <SHIFT> button and hold it down.
3. Click on the last document to be selected.

You can also select documents individually by holding down the <CTRL> key.

To select all documents in the list at once, right-click on the list to open the context menu. Select the SELECT, SELECT ALL command here.

An existing selection can be changed to the opposite selection using the SELECT, REVERSE SELECTION command in the context menu.
