Portfolio Service Scheduled Reporting" module

The document archive can be selected as an additional option for these types of batch processing. Metadata is automatically recorded as far as possible and archived together with the documents.

If you want to enter the documents in the document archive, proceed as follows:

  1. On the "Configuration" tab, select the SETTINGS command in the menu of the "General settings" icon.
  2. In the "Settings" dialog box that appears, switch to the "Export options" tab.
  3. Activate the "To document archive" checkbox at the top of the "Output" area. You can also select this in addition to the other options.
  4. Confirm the settings with "OK".
    The reports generated via batch export or scheduled reporting are now saved in the document archive.
