Assign portfolio versions to supervisors

You can assign supervisors to portfolios or their individual portfolio versions. Proceed as follows:

1. Open the portfolio properties, e.g. via the PROPERTIES command in the context menu of the portfolio.
2. In the "Portfolio properties" dialog box in the version history, select the portfolio version to which you would like to assign a supervisor.
3. In the "Portfolio properties" dialog box, switch to the "Supervisor" mini-tab. There you will see the data of the currently assigned supervisor.
   

   

4. Select the "Assign supervisor..." button.
5. You can select a different supervisor in the "Manage supervisor" dialog box that appears. You can also edit the currently assigned supervisor or create a new supervisor if necessary.
6. Close the "Manage supervisors" dialog box with "OK".
   The new data is displayed on the "Supervisors" mini-tab.
7. Close the "Portfolio properties" dialog box with "OK".
