Server" component

Preliminary remark

The "Server" component can be installed on several computers. You define which ports are used on which computers in the server configuration tool. Please refer to the information in the chapter Portfolio Manager Server.

Defined connection types

• Access to the application server port - HTTP protocol (from all client computers)

  • Default setting: 6201 (can only be used on the central server)

• Access to the application server port - Apache JServ Protocol protocol (from all computers with server components)

  • Default setting: 6204 (can only be used on the central server)

• Access to the message queue port (from all computers with server components)

  • Default setting: 6202 (can only be used on the central server)

• Access to the administration port (from all computers with server components)

  • Default setting: 6205

The ports can be customized by the administrator.
