Copy selection to clipboard

You can also export selected parts of tables as text to other programs via the clipboard. This allows you to export several columns as well as the contents of individual table cells, e.g. to avoid the tedious typing of an ISIN.

You can save the selected part of an open table to the clipboard by selecting the command COPY SELECTION AS TEXT TO INTERLOCK in the menu of the "General options" icon on the "Table" tab, the command COPY SELECTION AS TEXT TO INTERLOCK in the context menu (right mouse button) of the selection or by pressing the key combination <CTRL>+<C>. Paste a table copied from the clipboard into your program (e.g.^Microsoft® Excel or Word) as usual using the PASTE command or the<CTRL>+<V>key combination.

Copying a highlighted selection also works in HTML reports such as the system test profile of trading systems or the fund portrait.
