Commands in the CONFIGURATION menu
The CONFIGURATION menu contains the following commands:

RESTORE STANDARD PORTS | Select this command to set ports changed by the user back to the standard ports (ports 6201 to 6205). |
CONFIGURE MAIL NOTIFICATION | Select this command to configure the mail server to send e-mail notifications to users. |
CONFIGURE PROXY | Select this command to perform the proxy configuration for the web server, application server and communication with the MiFID II services. |
CONFIGURE DMS FILE COPY | Select this command to configure the file copy function for the document archive. If the "Save document as a file when storing in the document archive" checkbox is activated in the "Configure server" dialog box, more precise settings for the document archive must be defined here. This ensures that When individual documents are generated from the Infront Advisory Solution - e.g. for activities - a copy is stored in the configured directory with the configured name. This command is only available if the Infront Advisory Solution is activated. Document archive" module |
CONFIGURE SUPPORT INFORMATION | Select this command to configure the support information for the Infront Advisory Solution. |
CONFIGURE LOGGING | Select this command to configure the logging settings for the Portfolio Manager Server. |
CONFIGURE TIMEOUTS | Select this command to configure the timeouts. |
CONFIGURE DOCUMENT TYPES | Select this command to add or delete document types for the documents stored in the document archive. Based on their document type, you can also show or hide them when searching for archived documents in client sessions with the Infront Advisory Solution. Please also read the section Configure document types. Document archive" module |
ENCRYPT OBJECT INFORMATION (CLOUD SERVICES) | For data protection reasons, object information (e.g. securities account or portfolio numbers) should only be transmitted in encrypted form when communicating with the cloud services. Select this command. To configure a key. Please also read the section Encrypting object information. |
CONFIGURE CREDENTIALS (CLOUD SERVICES) | If you use the cloud services for MiFID II, you can enter your user name and password for the services here. The currently valid login data is displayed. The actual configuration of users for the cloud services is carried out directly in the service via account management. |
OPEN MONITORING | Select this command to open the monitoring interface or bring it to the foreground. |
SHOW URLs | Select this command to display the URL to the login page of the Infront Advisory Solution (if licensed), the URL of the PSI server or service URLs of third-party interfaces activated in your license. The URLs for third-party software must be configured correctly in order to communicate with the Portfolio Manager server. Which services are available at all depends on the license. For information on how to configure the service URLs in the third-party software, please refer to the corresponding documentation from the third-party manufacturer.
