Assign scheduled reporting profiles via the master data

Portfolio Service Scheduled Reporting" module

Once you have configured your scheduled reporting profiles, you can also assign them via the owner and portfolio properties. Proceed as follows:

1. For example, open the portfolio properties via the PROPERTIES command in the context menu of the portfolio in the Explorer.

2. If necessary, select the portfolio version.

3. Switch to the "Reporting" mini-tab.

4. Select the desired reporting profile from the "Reporting profile" selection list.

5. If necessary, select a reporting frequency. You can adopt this setting when configuring the reporting profile.

6. Activate the "Scheduled reporting active" checkbox.

7. Close the "Portfolio properties" dialog box with "OK".
