Alternatively, you can activate Scheduled Reporting for holders via the holder properties and for portfolios via the portfolio properties or via the properties of the assigned portfolio profile.

Column "Last reporting as of"

This column shows for each holder or portfolio when the last scheduled reporting took place.

  • You can filter the table using the small arrow buttons in the column headings.
  • To group by one or more columns, drag them with the mouse from the column headings to the area above the table.

If you remove the assignment of a reporting profile for a holder or portfolio, the date of the last reporting for this holder or portfolio will be lost. To temporarily exclude a securities account object from reporting, it is therefore better to use the checkbox for deactivation in the "Active" column.
