The "Restriction monitoring" and "Restriction monitoring (with comments)" evaluations

Module "Portfolio Service Extended Portfolio Analysis"

The "Restriction monitoring" evaluation lists the individual securities positions for each securities account and shows in a column with a graphic exclamation mark if this position violates a restriction. The name of the violated restriction is also displayed. As an item can violate several restrictions at the same time, the designation of a potential second restriction is shown in a further column.

The "Restriction monitoring (with comments)" report supports the workflow for commenting on restrictions or restriction violations presented in the section Comment on restrictions .

Please note that this evaluation only takes into account the restrictions of the level for which it is currently open. This means that in the workspace of a portfolio only the restrictions on this portfolio are evaluated, in the workspace of a holder only the restrictions at holder level and for groups only the restrictions at group level.

There are also corresponding monitoring evaluations for rebalancing portfolios. Use the "Restriction monitoring (pre-trade)" and the "Complete restriction monitoring (pre-trade)" to check the reallocations that have not yet been realized. Restriction monitoring takes full account (pre-trade) of all restrictions at the various levels (portfolios, holders and groups).
