Portfolio rebalancing messages
"Portfolio Service Investment Agent" module or "Portfolio Service Rebalancing" module
During portfolio rebalancing, your Infront Portfolio Manager informs you by means of various messages, in particular about any problems that occur. You may encounter the following messages, for example:
Message | Description |
---|---|
On target | The accounts listed have balances of less than 0. |
Portfolio has no active securities accounts | The selected portfolio has no securities accounts or no securities accounts that are not deactivated. To reactivate deactivated depots, search for them using the object search. Open the workspace of the depot by double-clicking on the depot in the search result. Drag the depot from the list of open workspaces onto the "Depot view" icon at the top left of the Explorer and then, while holding down the mouse button, into the depot that opens. There you can select the EDIT PROPERTIES command in the context menu of the securities account and delete the date from the "Deactivated on" field in the "Securities account properties" dialog box that appears. Confirm with "OK". The depot will then reappear in the Explorer in the usual place. |
Portfolio has no active accounts | The selected portfolio has no accounts or no accounts that are not deactivated. To reactivate deactivated accounts, open an overview of the owner's assets. Deactivated accounts are still displayed there. Select the PROPERTIES command in the context menu of the account in the asset overview and delete the date in the "Deactivated on" field. Confirm the change with "OK". The account will then reappear in Explorer. |
Owner is deactivated | The owner of the selected portfolio is deactivated. To reactivate deactivated owners, select the "Edit owner properties" icon in the toolbar of the synchronization interface. In the "Owner properties" dialog box that appears, delete the date from the "Deactivated on" field. Confirm with "OK". The owner is active again. |
Portfolio transactions are marked as "Incorrect" | The portfolio has transactions whose data status is marked as "Not correct". Please also read the section Data status. |
Investment agent blocked by user "XY" | The investment agent assigned to this portfolio has been blocked by user "XY". To unlock locked investment agents, deactivate the "Locked" checkbox for this investment agent in the investment agent configuration. |
Investment agent not found | The investment agent assigned to this portfolio does not exist (any more). Check the assignment. |
Investment agent not configured | No investment agent is assigned to the selected portfolio. If necessary, read the section Configure investment agents. |
Price setting obsolete to | No current prices are available for the securities listed. |
Order depot missing to | No order depot has been entered yet. The corresponding line is colored red in the item overview. |
Rebalancing date not yet reached | The "rebalancing date" selected in the investment agent configuration is in the future. |

Clearing account missing to | No clearing account has been entered yet. The corresponding line is colored red in the item overview. |
Restriction violations on plan portfolio | This message appears if the plan portfolio violates restrictions that are assigned to the portfolio. |
Stock restriction violations rectified | This message appears if the stock restrictions that were actually violated are met again as a result of the reallocation (also manually). Beispiel You would like to adjust the security "Deutsche Telekom AG", which is currently not included in the portfolio, to 5%, but have set the restriction "No Deutsche Telekom AG" for the portfolio. The security is then added to the position overview, the calculated number of units appears in the "Order units debit" column, but the value "0" appears in the "Order units/balances" column. |
Target portfolio ambiguous for instrument | This message appears if there are inconsistencies in the alternative documents in the modules. Beispiele
|
Target market profiling | If a target market check is carried out via the target market service, the "Target market profiling" area shows, for example, the number of categories with a complete match, the individual categories that do not provide a match and the number of categories that were not recorded (e.g. for FIDLEG clients). |
If you point to the messages with the mouse, all error and warning messages are displayed as a list in an Infotip. These messages appear in the key figures area of the portfolio rebalancing tool and also when you hover over a portfolio in the portfolio list.
Further messages may result from the allocation formulas of the assigned investment agents. These are then also displayed in the key figures area.
