Functions of the adjustment window
Portfolio Service Investment Agent" module or "Portfolio Service Rebalancing" module
The following functions are available in the adjustment window:

View portfolio list | Use this command to show and hide the portfolio list in the left-hand window area. | |
Parameter view | Use this command to show and hide the parameter view. If necessary, read the section Parameter view. | |
Show diagram | Use this icon to show or hide the pie chart, which shows the allocation of the portfolio by transaction or the deviations of the allocation from the target allocation for all asset classes. If necessary, read the following section Asset allocation evaluations. | |
Order view | Use this icon to switch to the order view or back to the "normal" position overview. If necessary, read the section Order view. | |
Save orders for selected portfolios | This icon is only visible if the portfolio rebalancing tool is linked to an order session . Use this command to save the current draft order in the order book. Custody accounts and clearing accounts must be fully recorded. The portfolio is also marked in the reconciliation log and the color of the "Order items" column in the item overview changes to beige accordingly. | |
Save all securities and FX spot orders for the portfolios in the portfolio list | This icon is only visible if the portfolio rebalancing tool is connected to an order session in "Currency rebalancing" mode. Use this command to save the current draft orders with all FX spot and securities orders in the order book for all portfolios in the portfolio list. | |
Sign off portfolio without change | This icon is only visible if the portfolio rebalancing tool is linked to an order session . The orders in the position overview are ignored and the portfolio is only marked in the reconciliation log. The color of the "Order pieces" column in the item overview also changes to beige.
Select several portfolios in the portfolio list to sign them off without making any changes.

Delete draft order | This icon is only visible if the portfolio rebalancing tool is linked to an order session . The resubmitted draft order is deleted from the order book and the marker in the reconciliation log is removed.
Select multiple portfolios in the portfolio list to quickly delete their draft orders.

Show extended data | Use this icon to switch the portfolio list between detailed view and simple view. | |
Deleted portfolios show/hide | Use this icon to show or hide the portfolios currently marked as deleted in the portfolio list. | |
Edit portfolio properties | Use this command to display the "Properties" dialog box of the portfolio currently displayed in the matching interface. | |
Add new security position | This command allows you to add a new security to the position overview. The order items and the clearing account for the position can then be entered. This function is not available in "Currency shift" mode. | |
Change cash | This command makes it possible to modify the cash on which the calculation is based if, for example, cash flows in or out at short notice. The order proposals are then recalculated. | |
Remove order suggestions | This command sets the values in the "Order pieces" column to zero. Select several portfolios in the portfolio list to quickly remove their order proposals. This function is not available in "Currency shift" mode. | |
Order book | Use this command to open the order book for the currently active session. In single order mode, the orders are then displayed without a session. | |
Single order execute | Select this icon to execute the selected individual order directly. The individual order is released if a corresponding PSI Order Entry exists for the order depot, has been set up and the user has the right to place orders. This icon is only visible if the portfolio rebalancing tool is not linked to an order session. | |
Realize orders directly on selected portfolio | This icon is only visible if you have activated the "Show 'Realize orders directly on selected portfolio' icon" checkbox in the portfolio rebalancing settings. The existing draft order is not saved in the order book, but posted directly to the portfolio in its securities accounts. The purpose of this is to generate sample portfolios or scenarios (e.g. based on portfolio copies). This function is not available in "Currency shift" mode. | |
Open rebalancing portfolio | Select this icon to open the rebalancing portfolio in a separate workspace before realizing the orders. Please also read the section Evaluations for rebalancing portfolios. | |
Update ex-ante costs | Cost service" module Select this icon to update or download the ex-ante costs for the orders of the current order session when connected to the cost service. | |
Re-evaluate (main window) | The Refresh button in the main window can be used to re-evaluate the portfolio currently displayed in the comparison window (only this portfolio). Any entries made previously will be lost. |
