Define your own finder

You can define new, custom finders or adapt the existing finders to your personal requirements. Finder can be edited or created just like any other table template. You can then access these newly created Finders in the usual ways, e.g. via the OPEN WITH TEMPLATE... command in the context menu. However, you can also assign these to the predefined Finder worksheets by configuring your workspaces and access them via the "Finder" icon. To configure workspaces and worksheets, read the section Configure workspaces.

To filter in a Finder according to a criterion that is not yet listed in the field for the filter conditions, add the corresponding column to the table. For example, if you want to create a finder that contains all warrants on the DAX that still have 6 months to run, whose strike price is between 10,000 and 10,200 points and which have a leverage greater than 6 and a delta greater than 0.5, the table must contain columns for the remaining term, the strike price, the leverage and the delta. For each newly created column, a new line is automatically inserted in the filter field in which you can define the filter conditions.

You can find more information in the sections Filter conditions on column results and Tables.
