Saving reports in ZIP archives

Reports and report folders exported as PDF files can now be saved in a ZIP archive.

A password can also be stored for these ZIP archives in the global settings, with which the ZIP archives are stored in encrypted form.

The "7-Zip" format guarantees the best data protection here, which is why the ZIP files are stored in this format with the file extension *.7z . This format is also recognized and supported by other ZIP programs (e.g. WinZip) during decryption.

When configuring the file names of your ZIP archives, make sure you use the correct file extension ".7z".

You can set the secure password for the encryption in the global export options.
