Edit notification history manually

If you have opened the "Loss threshold notifications" dialog box as described above, proceed as follows to add a history entry for a portfolio:

  1. Select the button on the far right in the desired line.
    The "Notifications" dialog box opens. Here you can add new data or delete existing data. In the "Notification" column you will see the respective notification date, in the "Performance [%]" column the percentage performance you have recorded, if applicable.

  2. Select the "Add new notification" icon.
  3. In the "Create notification" dialog box that appears, select a notification date using the integrated calendar, enter the corresponding (percentage) performance and confirm your selection with "OK".
  4. The entry is added to the appropriate position in the list.
  5. Proceed in the same way for other notifications.
    You can also remove entries again using the "Delete selected notification" icon. In addition to manually created entries, you can also remove entries that were created automatically via executed jobs.
  6. Once the configuration is complete, close the "Notifications" dialog box with "OK".
    In the "Loss threshold notifications" dialog box, the values in the "Last notification" and "Number of notifications" columns are updated accordingly.
