Advertising expenses

Use this transaction type to record other income-related expenses that cannot be assigned to the categories described above. Proceed as follows:

1. Open the "Enter transactions" worksheet as described above in the section Enter transactions and select the desired holder if necessary.
2. Open the ACCOUNT menu in the "Enter transactions" worksheet.
3. Select the transaction type ADVERTISING COSTS at Account transaction types .
   Use the keyboard to enter other advertising costs with the "Enter transactions" worksheet open as follows: Press the key combination <CTRL>+<2> for the account transaction types. Then press the button<G>.
   The "Advertising costs" dialog box appears, which corresponds to the "Deposit fees" dialog box including the "VAT share" input field. Read the section on custody account fees.
   In addition, the recording of income-related expenses corresponds to the recording of a Cash contribution.
4. Finally, confirm the entries with the "Enter" button.
