Reimbursement (informative)

The amounts recognized via this transaction type are purely informative and do not affect cash flow. Use the transaction types"Refund security" and"Credit refund" to record cash flow-effective transactions in accordance with MiFID II.

Refunds are another variant of kickbacks. Proceed as follows to record informative refunds:

1. Open the "Enter transactions" worksheet as described above in the section Enter transactions and select the desired holder if necessary.
2. Open the DEPOT menu in the "Enter transactions" worksheet.
3. Select the transaction type REFUND (INFORMATIVE) at Depot transaction types .
   

   Use the keyboard to enter refunds with the "Enter transactions" worksheet open as follows: Press the key combination <CTRL>+<1> for the securities account transaction types. Then press the <U> button.

   The "Refund" dialog box appears.

4. Enter the refund data in the fields. The fields correspond to those of Portfolio commission (informative).
5. Confirm the entries with "Enter".
