Report folder" tab

When you open a report folder, the "Report folder" tab is added to the Infront Portfolio Manager ribbon. The following commands are available on this tab and are described in the following chapters:

Description

Parameters

<STRG>+<A>

Use this command to open the "Parameters" dialog box, which displays the current assignment of the parameters.

Archive

<STRG>+<ALT>+<M>

Select this command to store the open report folder in the document archive.

This command is only available with the "Portfolio Service Document Archive" module, which requires a license.

Export

Select this command to export the open report folder.

The "Settings" dialog box opens first, in which you can set the export options. Confirm the settings with "OK" and the report folder will be exported.

Design view

Opens the report folder in the draft view. Alternatively, you can also use the key combination <CTRL>+<E>.

Display with Acrobat Reader

Select this command to open the report folder in the integrated Acrobat Reader.

Save displayed page size

<SWITCH>+<STRG>+<S>

Select this command to save the displayed size for the current work session.

Attach information sheets

Select this command to use the formula editor to enter a formula that attaches regulatory documents for securities from the Infront Document Hub to the report folder.

Reload reports

Select this command to update the individual reports in the report folder after changes.
