Delete portfolio version

Proceed as follows to delete portfolio versions from the version history:

1. Open the "Portfolio properties" dialog box as described in the sections Create portfolio or Portfolio properties .

2. Select the portfolio version to be deleted in the version history.

3. Select the "Delete selected portfolio version" icon above the version history.
   The portfolio version is removed from the version history.

4. Close the "Portfolio properties" dialog box with "OK".
