You can put together your own individual report folders. Proceed as follows to create a new report folder:
Select the NEW, REPORTMAPPE command in the menu of the "Template" icon on the "Configuration" tab. The draft view for the new report folder opens in the evaluation area.
On the left-hand side, enter the reports that are to appear in the report folder. To do this, select the "Add report" icon and then double-click on the desired report in the "Open template" dialog box that appears. If necessary, read the section The "Open template" dialog box.
Then select the reporting language for each report in the "Language" column. For reports for which no explicit language selection is made here, the reporting language is adopted as described in the Multilingualism section.
Proceed in the same way for all other reports that you want to include in the report folder. You can use drag & drop to move the reports in the list and thus change the order in the report folder. Use the "Delete selected report" icon to delete the selected report from the report folder. Use this icon to open the formula editor and change the formula for the currently selected report. For example, you can specify for a portfolio that a separate report is created for each of its securities accounts. Simply enter the term depot in the formula editor and save the formula. If the formula returns an empty list, the report is not displayed. In this way, it is possible, for example, to hide reports from the report folder using parameters. Use the MM-Talk formula, for example:
In the list on the right-hand side, you can see the names of all report parameters in the report folder and their type. If necessary, set these for the new report folder. Please read the following section Setting the parameters of a report folder.
Select the FILE, SAVE AS command to save the new report folder as a template. If necessary, read the section Save templates.
To quickly display this report folder for a portfolio, select a portfolio in the Explorer, e.g. by pressing the <SPACEBAR> while the portfolio is highlighted or by using the middle mouse button.
Then use <CTRL>+<E> to switch from the draft view to the display of the report folder as a PDF.
