Setting the parameters of a report folder

If you have opened a report folder, you can set the parameters for all the reports it contains together. Proceed as follows:

  1. Select the PARAMETERS command on the "Report folder" tab or press the <CTRL>+<A> key combination.
  2. The "Parameters" dialog box opens. Here you will find all the report parameters. These are divided into "Common parameters" and the remaining parameters of the individual reports in the report folder.
  3. First set the "Common parameters", i.e. the parameters that apply to several reports in the report folder, in consolidated form.
  4. Then select the relevant report on the left-hand side of the "Parameters" dialog box to set the report-specific parameters.
  5. Close the "Parameters" dialog box with "OK".
