Corporate action (collective transactions)
Portfolio Service Collective Transactions" module
Use this collective transaction type to record any type of corporate action across multiple securities accounts. Use the "Define corporate action..." button to open the "Define corporate action" dialog box, in which you can make detailed settings.
In addition to recording income, the quick posting of corporate actions is certainly also a major advantage of collective entry.
In a stock corporation, a capital measure is a measure that changes the capital and voting rights of the shareholders. It is normally proposed by the company's management body (Executive Board, Board of Directors) and authorized by the shareholders. This is either a change in the share capital, a change in the share and voting rights structure or another process affecting the shareholders' capital shares.
