Deactivate persons

"Infront Advisory Solution consulting process" module or "People management" module

Persons can be deactivated.

In the person properties, you will find the field "Deactivated on" and the button "Deactivate". This button is only visible if this person has not yet been deactivated.

To deactivate the person on the current date, select the "Deactivate" button and answer "Yes" to the security prompt that appears. Please note that this will also remove all person links associated with this person. In addition, deactivating persons will also trigger the deletion of these persons in Keycloak.

In addition, uploading to the postbox and the link to the Wealth Portal will also be deactivated.

The next time a job of the type "Deleting documents" is run, all document links for this person will also be removed.

Alternatively, persons can also be deactivated in Infront Portfolio Manager via PSI. The "Deactivated on" date for an individual can now be imported via MMASCII. Here too, the deactivation of these persons in Keycloak and the deletion of the associated individual links in Infront Portfolio Manager are triggered.

New MM-Talk function:

Person.DeactivatedOn→Date

Result: The DeactivatedOn function provides the date from which the person is considered deactivated.
