On the "Data maintenance" tab in the ribbon, select the PERSONS command in the "Manage objects" icon menu. The "Manage persons" dialog box appears.
Select the "Create new person" icon.
Enter the person's master data in the "Person properties" dialog box that appears. Read the section Personal characteristics.
Confirm the entries in the "Person properties" dialog box with "OK".
Once you have created all persons, close the "Manage supervisors" dialog box with "OK".
With the "Dashboards" and/or "Postbox" modules, people are registered directly in the central (online) user account administration when they are created or when their personal properties are edited.
