Create and edit table footer rows

Table footers allow you to display values in a table that are only calculated once for the entire evaluation, e.g. assets and liquidity in a statement of assets or taxes paid in a statement of income.

To create a footer in a table, select the command CREATE FOOTLINE in the menu of the "View options" icon on the "Table" tab. A footer is inserted in the open table.

Footer rows consist of individual fields that have a name and a value. They are defined in the same way as the columns of a table. To edit the footer, right-click in the footer. The following commands are available in the context menu:

Command

Description

Use this command to add a new column to the footer. The "Formula" dialog box for editing the field formula and the "Column heading" dialog box for defining the field label are opened one after the other.

Use this command to hide or show columns in the footer.

The "Select columns" dialog box appears, in which you can hide and show the columns of the footer using the checkboxes in the "Shown" column.

You will also see the dialog box when showing and hiding the "normal" table columns. If necessary, read the section Show and hide columns.

Font values

As soon as you have created several columns in the footer, you can change their arrangement using drag & drop.

To hide the footer of the current table, select the SHOW FOOTLINE command in the menu of the "View options" icon on the "Table" tab. The check mark in front of this command disappears and the footer is hidden. To show the footer again, select this command again.
