If several price quotations are maintained for a security object, the valuation location of the security can be determined in two ways:
-
In the securities master data, one of the price quotation objects is explicitly defined as the standard valuation place.
-
If there is no explicit specification, a configurable priority rule applies that gives priority to certain trading venues. The priority can be assigned differently for each security type. If this configuration does not result in a decision, the place with the alphabetically smallest abbreviation is used.
