Delete alerts

Portfolio Service Alerting" module

You can delete generated alerts. To do this, you need the "Delete alerts" object right.

To delete alerts, proceed as follows.

1. Open the "Edit alert definitions" dialog box as described in the section Edit alert definitions .

2. In the "Edit alert definitions" dialog box, select the alert definition whose alerts you want to delete from the list on the left-hand side.

3. Then select the command DELETE ALERTS in the context menu of the entry.

4. Confirm the security prompt that appears with "Yes".
   The alerts are deleted

Alternatively, you can also delete alerts in the job configuration. Read the section Delete all alerts for a job.
