Templates

All evaluations in the Infront Portfolio Manager, such as chart analyses, portfolio evaluations or customer reports, are based on templates.

The template defines the structure of the evaluation and contains the visual characteristics of the evaluation (e.g. background color, chart size or font) as well as the content to be displayed (e.g. time period, currency, sales, indicators). In principle, the latter is achieved using MM-Talk formulas, but these do not necessarily have to be visible to you (e.g. usually in the chart or in the report).

The advantage of the template definition (layout) is that you can save changes in tables or charts and then revert to "your" template without having to make the selected settings again.
