Record transactions with the "Cost service" module
If you have licensed the "Cost service" module and have an Internet connection to the service, you can download the associated costs directly from the cost service or change and upload them when entering transactions. In the case of a purchase, for example, you will find input fields for the individual cost components on the "second page" of the "Purchase" dialog box, structured according to the cost categories from your cost scheme. The complete cost scheme is loaded from the cost service. You can also edit the values of the individual cost items here if necessary. When the "Purchase" dialog box is confirmed, the cost scheme for this transaction is also updated in the cost service.
You configure your cost schemes directly in the cost service web interface. This is where you define the breakdown of costs into cost types and individual cost items for the cost categories. In the Infront Portfolio Manager you can only enter or edit the values.
