Start batch export manually

Portfolio Service Batch Export Tables" module or "Portfolio Service Scheduled Reporting" module

Once you have made and saved all the required settings as described in the section Create batch export configurations , you can start the batch export manually:

1. Select the "Start export..." button to start the batch export configuration currently selected in the "Batch export" dialog box.
2. Confirm the prompt that appears with "OK".
3. A message window informs you when the export is complete.

Starting the program manually is very helpful for testing batch export configurations. Once you have made all the settings for your batch export, save them. You should then start the batch export manually to see if everything works as it should: The input objects can be applied to the templates, the filters are set correctly and the file names are as expected. If no errors occur here, you can assume that the batch exports, which run time-controlled, also work.
