Create batch export configurations

Portfolio Service Batch Export Tables" module or "Portfolio Service Scheduled Reporting" module

Add your batch export configurations in the left-hand "Configurations" area of the dialog window or select the ones you want to edit. Enter a name for each batch export configuration in the "Name" input field.

The "Status" column shows when configurations are "new", "changed" or "deleted" and must therefore be saved in order for the changes to take effect.

The following functions are available via the icons:

Configure output directory

Select this icon if you want to make changes to the output path for all configurations.

Read the section Customizing output paths for all batch export configurations.

Copy selected configuration

Select this icon to quickly create a configuration that is already provided with the settings of an existing one.

Create new configuration

Select this icon to create a new configuration. This appears at the bottom of the list, in the "Status" column the entry "New" appears.

Enter a name for the new configuration in the "Name" input field.

Delete selected configuration

Select this icon to delete the currently selected configuration.
