Define language for reports in a report folder

You can select the language for each report in a report folder when configuring the report folder. This setting has the highest priority when defining the reporting language, but is only useful in rare cases, e.g. for multilingual report folders.

Proceed as follows, e.g. to assign reporting languages to the reports in a new report folder:

  1. Select the NEW, REPORTMAPPE command in the menu of the "Template" icon on the "Configuration" tab in the ribbon.
    The draft view for the new report folder opens in the evaluation area.
  2. On the left-hand side, enter the reports that are to appear in the report folder. To do this, select the "Add report" icon and then double-click on the desired report in the "Open template" dialog box that appears. If necessary, read the section The "Open template" dialog box.
  3. Then select the reporting language for each report in the "Language" column. Otherwise, the language is adopted as described above.
  4. Proceed in the same way for all other reports that you want to include in the report folder.
