Show job history

You can open and view a complete list of all job logs for the last 31 days. As with the individual logs at job level, you can change this period. Proceed as follows to view the job history:

  1. On the "Reporting" tab, select the SHOW JOB RUN HISTORY command in the "Jobs" icon menu.
The "Job run history" worksheet opens.

The columns in the job history correspond to those of a job log. Please read the section Job log. You will also find the following additional columns in the job history:

    ColumnDescription

    Designation

The name of the job, batch export, etc.

    Job

This checkbox is activated if it is a job.

    Type

The job type: Batch Export, Alerting, Scheduled Reporting, Loss Threshold Reporting, PSI Transaction Data Retrieval or PSI Transaction Data Error Buffer Import.

If this column does not contain a value, then it is not a job, but tasks that have been initiated elsewhere - e.g. a manually started batch export.

The following functions are available via the context menu, which you can open by right-clicking on the lines in the job run history:

    ColumnDescription

    Execution cancel

Use this command to cancel a job that is running or has not yet been started. Canceling a job can take some time.

    Search for related documents

Use this command to open a list of the documents created in the document archive. For example, all documents from a job run can be uploaded together to a person's mailbox.

This command is only available for jobs that can store documents. The "Postbox" module is also required for uploading to the Postbox.

Please also read the section Upload all documents of a job run.

The functions in this context menu correspond to those on the "Protocol" mini-tab of the "Configure jobs" worksheet at job level.

  2. Enter the desired start date in the "From" input field.

  3. Then select the "Display" button.
All jobs executed since the start date are displayed.
