If a job has generated PDF documents (reports) and stored them in the document archive, you can upload these documents collectively to the mailbox (of the respective user). Proceed as follows, for example:
After the automatic or manual execution of a job or batch export, select the command REPORTING, DISPLAY JOB RUN HISTORY.
Then select the command SEARCH ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS in the context menu of the desired job run.
The document archive opens and displays the documents.
Then select the "Upload documents from job run to Postbox" icon in the document archive toolbar. The reports from the job run are uploaded to the postbox.
