Report Suitability report
The "Suitability report" checks the suitability of the portfolio with regard to the investment profile provided. You can find the report in the workspace of portfolios and holders on the "Compliance" worksheet and on the "Reporting", "Compliance" worksheet. The "Suitability Report" is based on WM data, while the risk calculation is based on the value at risk.
The following information can be found in the "Report on suitability":
Field | Description |

Suitability report | The title of the report. |
Customer name | The name of the owner from the address. |
Portfolio number | The portfolio number entered in the "Portfolio no." field in the portfolio master data. |
Evaluation date | The evaluation date of the report. The default setting is the current date or the evaluation date entered in the input field in the toolbar. |
Evaluation currency | Currency in which the evaluation is created. You can set this evaluation currency via the report parameters (<STRG<+<A>). For the default setting, please also read the section Parameters of the standard reports. |
Account manager | The name of the account manager. The supervisor is entered via the "Portfolio properties" dialog box in the context menu of a portfolio for the respective portfolio version. |
Telephone | The telephone number of the customer advisor from their address. |
Investment profile | The defined target market categories from the investment profile:

Portfolio overview | An overview of the following data on the evaluation date:

Suitability test | Here you will find the overall result of the suitability check of the investment profile stored. There must be no negative individual results for suitability. You will find the detailed examination results on the right-hand side. The colors of the symbols symbolize the result of the test:
If a check cannot be carried out, the results column remains empty. |
Investment guidelines | The result of the review of the individual investment guidelines:

Appropriateness (K&E) | The result of the appropriateness review:

Diversification & hedging | The result of the review with regard to diversification and hedging criteria:

Target market comparison | The result of the target market comparison:

Portfolio risk | The result of the review of the risk with the investment profile.
If you deactivate the "Explicitly assess risk" parameter, the portfolio risk is only checked with regard to its upper limit.
