Prepare collective order

"PSI Order Entry" module or "Portfolio Service Investment Agent" module or "Portfolio Service Rebalancing" module

Collective orders are only available for selected PSI Order Entry. Please contact Customer Service for information.

A user must have rights to all orders within an order session in order to be able to place the orders of the session.

You can prepare orders with the status "Released" as a collective order. This speeds up the order process and saves transaction costs.

Proceed as follows:

  1. If necessary, open the order book as described above.
  2. Select the "Prepare collective order" icon in the order book.
If you have more than one session open in the order book, the "Select session" dialog box appears first.
  3. Select the order session here and confirm the selection with "OK" or select the order session by double-clicking on it.
Here you can only select order sessions that contain at least one order with the status "Released". To move orders with the status "Planned" to the status "Released", select the order and then select the "Realize selection" icon.
  4. The "Prepare collective order" dialog box appears. Here you can see all the orders belonging to the session. These can no longer be changed here. The icon in the leftmost column indicates whether the orders contain problems. If necessary, select an order to display more detailed information below the table.

If several PSI Order Entry or Fax Export modules are affected by the session, corresponding tabs will appear for each PSI Order Entry or module.
  5. You can enter or edit values in the white table cells.
  6. Select the "Refresh" button to update the view in the "Prepare collective order" dialog box.
  7. Select the "Check" button to carry out a test before placing the orders.
  8. Select the "Place" button (only active after verification) to place the orders online.
You can start the Excel export via the "Excel" button.
You can use the "Hide submitted orders" button to make the table clearer by hiding the orders that have already been submitted.
In addition, various functions and commands can appear here and when placing for various PSI Order Entry. These are then described in the relevant PSI Order Entry documentation.
  9. Click the "Close" button to close the "Prepare collective order" dialog box.
  10. You can track the status of your orders in the order book.
