Entering and editing preformulas

icon_preformula_EN.png To enter a preformula or to view or edit an existing preformula, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the PREFORMULA command on the "Table" tab in the ribbon or the "Edit preformula" icon in the table toolbar.
    The formula editor appears, where you can enter the preformula.

  2. Then save the entered preformula with the "Save" button.

Use global variables in preformulas. Please also read the section Global variables.

icon_preformula_EN.png To display the preformula and all column formulas in an overview, click on the "Preformula" icon while holding down the <CTRL> key.
