If you have defined your release process as described in the previous section Configuring release rules for orders , you can select the orders to be released in the order book and change the status of the orders to "Released" (or "Partially released").
Proceed as follows to release orders in the order book:
Select the "Show orders to be released" icon. The orders to be released with the status "Planned" are highlighted.
Then select the "Release selected orders" icon. The selected orders with the status "Planned" are transferred to the status "Released". Depending on the configuration of the release, the orders are initially transferred to the "Partially released" status.
You can see the exact release status of an order in the order details. In the "Release status" field, the number of release stages that have already taken place and the total number of release stages required are displayed for multi-stage release processes:
