Cancel open orders in the order book

"PSI Order Entry" module or "Portfolio Service Investment Agent" module or "Portfolio Service Rebalancing" module

You can cancel orders with the status "Open" in the order book. Proceed as follows to delete one or more orders:

1. Select the orders to be canceled in the order book ("Selection" column).
2. Select the command STRIKE ORDER in the context menu of the selected order(s) in the order book.
   

   

   Or select the order(s) and then select the "Delete selected order(s)" icon in the order book toolbar.
3. Confirm the security prompt that appears with "Yes".
   The orders remain in the order book and are assigned the status "Deleted". The display duration of the orders in the order book depends on the settings Display options of the order book.

Important notes on deleting orders from the order book

• Orders that have already been executed or canceled can no longer be canceled.
• Individual orders that belong to block orders can only be canceled together with the block order.
