Sort by a column

Proceed as follows to sort a table by a column:

First click on the heading of the column by which you want to sort the table.
Then select the "Sort in ascending order" icon or the "Sort in descending order" icon in the table window toolbar. The table is re-sorted.

You can sort by a column particularly quickly by double-clicking on the corresponding column heading. Double-click again to reverse the sort order.
