Hide empty columns

Columns without content are hidden in the tables by default. You can show and hide these columns using the HID EMPTY COLUMNS command in the menu of the "Columns" icon on the "Table" tab. When collapsed, empty columns are always hidden.

You will also find a corresponding "Hide empty columns" checkbox on the "Spacing" tab in the table settings. You open the "Table settings" dialog box via the OPTIONS... command in the menu of the "General options" icon on the "Table" tab.

Columns with the value "n/a" or "0" are always displayed. If the table does not contain any data, all columns are displayed.

Please note that this setting also affects the copying and pasting of tables in Microsoft Excel.
