Create prospect

"Infront Advisory Solution advisory process" module or "Person management" module

  1. To create a prospect, select a folder in the Explorer, e.g. the "Securities account management" folder, and then select the NEW, PROSPECT command in the context menu.

    Or select a folder and then select the "Create new object" icon at the top of the Explorer and the PROSPECT command in its expanded menu.
    The "Prospect properties" dialog box appears, in which you can enter all known data for the prospect.

  2. Enter the name of the "prospect" in the first input field. You can use this name to access the prospect later in the evaluations.

  3. Complete or change the details in all other fields if necessary.
    The details for these fields can be found in the table in the following section Prospect properties.

  4. Select "OK" to confirm your entries. Or select "Cancel" to discard the entries and close the window.

    After creating an interested party, it appears in the Explorer with the icon shown here.
