Show failed crossing checks of orders in the order book

"PSI Order Entry" module or "Portfolio Service Investment Agent" module or "Portfolio Service Rebalancing" module

In the order book, you can display the (failed) crossing checks for all orders, add comments if necessary and then override them manually. Proceed as follows:

  1. In the order book, select the command DISPLAY CROSSING CHECKS in the context menu of the "Crossing check" column .
The "Crossing checks" dialog box appears with all problematic orders.

In addition to the order information "Holder", "Depot", "Type", "Nominal value", "WP name" and ISIN, you will find the following columns here:

    ColumnDescription
    Crossing check

The meaning of the symbols in the "Crossing check" column:

    Crossing test successful (no objections)

    Crossing test failed

    Failed crossing check manually overridden

If you have carried out WP2 crossing checks via the respective online order book for interfaces to dwpbank in addition to the "local" crossing checks, these results are also taken into account here. The documentation for the WP2 crossing checks can be found in the separate document "PSI Order Entry Standard Functionality".

    Release manually

Activate this checkbox of a line to release the corresponding order manually.

Please note that a comment must also be entered.

CommentThe commentary on this crossing test.

Orders with a negative crossing check can be manually assigned the status "Released" here. To do this, a text must be entered in the "Comment" column.

  2. Finally, close the "Crossing checks" dialog box with "OK".
All manually changed statuses are updated in the order book.
