Change footers
You can change the footers of the tables and diagrams using the respective commands in the context menu of the footer.
Command | Description |
---|---|
Delete | Removes the selected columns from the footer. |
Value | Select this command to view or change the formula for the value of the footer column. |
Designation | Select this command to change the labeling of the footer column. |
New column | Create an additional column in this footer. |
Show/hide | Select this command to show or hide columns in the "Select columns" dialog box. In the "Shown" column, activate the checkboxes for the columns that you want to see in the footer. Deactivate the checkboxes for the columns to be hidden. The columns in the dialog box are sorted alphabetically. A mouse click on the desired column heading sorts the list again, a second mouse click on the same column sorts the list in reverse order. If you want to show all columns in this dialog box, select the command SHOW ALL in the context menu. If you want to hide all columns in this dialog box, select the command HID ALL in the context menu. Close the dialog box with "OK" to apply the changes. |
Color | Select this command to change the color of the entire footer. |
Font designations | Select your individual font for the designations in the footer. |
Font value | Select your individual font for the values in the footer. |
Press and hold the <CTRL> key to select several footer elements at the same time.
To show or hide the footer completely, select the SHOW FOOTLINE command in the "View options" icon menu on the "Table" tab.
