Enter amount orders manually
"Portfolio Service Investment Agent" module or "Portfolio Service Rebalancing" module
Proceed as follows to enter amount orders manually in the portfolio rebalancing tool:
- Open the portfolio rebalancing for the portfolio as described above.
- Create an order session.
- Enter the desired amount for the fund to be ordered in the "Investment amount" column.
- Save the generated orders.
The maximum possible number of units for this investment amount is calculated in the "Orders (planned)/balances" column, and the corresponding weight is calculated in the "Weight by order" column. The denomination of the fund from the master data is also taken into account. Manual entry in these columns does not make sense for amount orders and is therefore not possible.
Amount orders are only common for funds and sometimes for certificates , and the corresponding orders are only generated in the order book for these security types. Nevertheless, an investment amount can also be entered for other securities in portfolio rebalancing.
You can find out how to prepare all fund or certificate orders in portfolio rebalancing as amount orders by default using a global configuration in the section 39851928.
You also have the option of defining an individual configuration based on MM-Talk. Read the section 39851946.
